No order or contract formed
Submitting the contact or catering enquiry form does not create an order or a contract for food. A catering or group arrangement is only confirmed when the restaurant accepts it directly. Enquiry confirmation on this site means the message was received, nothing more.
In practice that means three separate steps. First, you send details such as date, headcount, pickup or delivery preference and any dietary needs. Second, the restaurant checks kitchen capacity, trading hours and stock for that day. Third, the restaurant confirms menu, quantities, timing and payment with you. Until that direct confirmation happens, do not treat the plan as booked.
